"Better than my usual pickup experiences"
Stopped by my local branch and the staff helped me out quickly. Compared to some other places where pickup can feel like a hassle, this one went smoothly and didn’t take much time at all.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found the website simple to get around and was able to find the supplies I needed without much trouble. I’m not super picky, but I do think the search could be a little better at times because I had to try a couple different words to get what I wanted. Still, checkout was smooth, and since I was able to get everything ordered quickly, I’d say it was a good experience overall...

Getting the account stuff sorted was mostly painless. I kind of expected it to take longer, like those forms where you end up clicking around forever, but it worked fine for me overall. Nothing too exciting, just simple enough and did what I needed.

"Pretty close on colors and sizing"
I ordered a few things from jpplus.com and overall it went well. The colors were really close to what was shown in the photos, one of them was maybe a little darker than I expected, but not enough to be a problem. The sizes were accurate too, which was what I was mainly worried about. Shipping was fine, no issues there. I’m giving 4 stars just because I wish the color sample had been slightly more exact, but other than that... yeah, I’m happy with it

I was having a little trouble dialing in the settings on my engraver and ended up reaching out to jpplus support. They got back to me quickly and were super patient, even when I was asking what felt like really basic questions.
They walked me through everything step by step and stuck with me until it was actually working. Felt like a small win finally getting a clean result, and it was nice talking to a real person who knew the equipment and didn’t rush me.

"Shockingly Solid Deal for the Price"
I’ve ordered from Johnson Plastics Plus a few times now, the prices feel fair for what you get. Nothing outrageous, no wallet-destroying surprises. Shipping has been totally fine too, which is always a relief because waiting forever for an order is its own little tragedy. Overall, I’d say it’s a good value for the money.

I was relieved because they had the stuff I needed in stock, which doesn’t always happen when you’re trying to grab something specific. I kind of expected to show up and either not find it or have to ask around, but it was actually there and easy enough to get. Not a huge dramatic shopping experience or anything, just nice when a store has what it says it has.

I ordered from jpplus.com and everything showed up just fine. I don’t remember every little detail of the order, mostly that the items were right and shipping got here quicker than I expected. The one thing that stuck in my head was the shipping cost feeling a little high at checkout. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just something I noticed. I’d still order from them again if I needed something.

The engraving came out fine, so that part was good, but a few of the sheets had small marks on them. They were still usable for my project, but I expected a bit better. If this happens again, I’ll probably look for another supplier.

Their customer service got back to me quickly, and the refund came through sooner than I thought it would. No unnecessary back and forth, no odd delays, just a straightforward fix, which is really all you can ask for.

"Blanks turned out nice"
I’ve gotten a few sublimation blanks from Johnson Plastics Plus and they’ve been good so far. The tumblers and panels came out clean after pressing, and the colors looked nice once everything was done. There was one item that had a small scuff, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, I was happy with the order and would probably get more.

I’ve been ordering from Johnson Plastics Plus for a while now, and the loyalty points are actually Helpful. It’s not like you’re getting massive savings every single time, but they do add up after a bit, which makes me want to keep ordering from them
